- Mikki Champion, Teacher
Mikki has worked in preschools and classrooms since 2008. She and her family are active members of Cedar Lane Church of Christ in Tullahoma. Mikki works hard to help foster a productive and encouraging classroom environment and is looking forward to working with our beginners’ classes at Stepping Stones.
- Mrs. Misty Collins, Teacher
Misty Collins lives here in Tullahoma with husband, Eric, and their three children. She taught preschool for 3 years at Elk Valley Baptist Academy and has taught at Stepping Stones since 2009. She loves working with children and teaching them Godly values. She loves scrapbooking and taking family trips.
- Mrs. Susan Farmer, Teacher
Susan has been teaching since 2001. She graduated from Auburn University in 1985, has been teaching in the Enrichment Fellowship Homeschool Co-op, coaches the Tullahoma Swim club, and teaches bible classes at Cedar Lane church of Christ. Susan and her husband, Steve, have four children, Jonathan, Sarah, David, and Amanda.
- Mrs. Crystal Butler, Teacher
Crystal graduated from Tennessee Tech in 2007, then went on to get a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in reading. She taught Kindergarten at Westwood and PreK at the Christian Learning Center in Manchester, as well as having taught here at Stepping Stones since 2017. She is an active member of First Methodist Church and assists with her daughter's girl scout troop. Crystal and her husband Kirk have two beautiful daughters. Crystal enjoys teaching and makes learning fun for our PreK students.
- Mrs. Emily Rice, Teacher
Emily has taught in both Tullahoma City and Hamilton County schools since 2012. She has a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from MTSU and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration. Emily and her husband Andrew recently moved to Tullahoma where they started Uptown Barre classes in the Long Dance Studio.
- Mrs. Carrie Baxter, Director
Carrie has been involved with Stepping Stones since its conception. She served on both the Preschool Development Board and the Board of Directors since 2006. She has directed the school with the help of Al Rogers since 2009. Carrie is a mother of four, who is active in the local schools, community organizations, and at Highland Hills. She and her husband, Lance, came to Tullahoma with the Air Force in 2000. They worked with the Lee PTO for 12 years, the EMS PTO 9 years, served on the THS Aristocats Parent Board for 8 years, worked with BSA Troop 158, etc. She has a BA in communications/public relations from the University of Denver.
- Mrs. Jamie Wulf, Aide
Mrs. Jamie Wulf is a Tullahoma native and an active member of Highland Hills. She has been a teacher and an aide here at Stepping Stones since 2008. Jamie has run a preschool/daycare out of her home and has taught bible classes for preschool–elementary kids. She also helps run the childrens' ministry at Highland Hills. She is married to Mr. Jake Wulf and has three beautiful daughters; Skylar, Samerra and Sasha.
